Computer crashes
Most of us know the first basic rules of what to do but for those who don’t and whose PC is playing up, here’s the order of things to do:
a) Re-start your computer – 9 times out of 10 this will fix things
b) If not, then do a virus check
c) If all is clear then you can go on to check various websites for further clues (see list below) OR it could indicate a possible hardware fault at which point you contact your hardware supplier or in-house computer maintenance ‘guru’.
Extra tip: It can sometimes help to do a quick search on Google about the problem you are encountering. Established forums can often hold the answer 🙂
